Eurpack – a company specialised in the production of pharmaceutical and cosmetic packaging in paper/cardboard and aluminium – is looking for a young and talented professional to join its team.

The ideal candidate possesses strong managerial and organisational skills, is able to introduce organisational culture and tools within the company, and is motivated to grow into a broader role with greater responsibility.

The objective will be to manage the scheduling of all activities related to production processes, in order to make products available on the market while minimising the risk of stock-outs.

MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage production scheduling in collaboration with the planning team

• Ensure the availability of finished products in the correct quantity–time proportions

• Constantly liaise with the Commercial and Customer Service departments, Production, and Purchasing to guarantee a high level of customer service

• Manage stock levels and procurement of raw materials required for production, collaborating with the Purchasing department

• Support Continuous Improvement projects of production processes with a focus on Lean Production

• Verify compliance with programme timelines and production averages

It may be necessary to carry out additional activities not listed above, provided they are relevant to the role and the candidate’s skills.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Management Engineering or a related field

• Previous experience, even brief, will be considered an advantage

• Native Italian speaker, English level B1/B2

HARD SKILLS

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)

• Knowledge, even at a basic level, of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodology

• Preferably, knowledge of paper-based production processes

• Knowledge of industrial planning techniques for order-based production

• Preferably, knowledge of M.E.S. software and techniques for controlling production processes
